Florida Highway Patrol to collect hurricane relief supplies for Louisiana

PANAMA CITY — The Florida Highway Patrol Troop A will be collecting hurricane relief supplies to assist people in need in Louisiana through Sept. 18.

According to a press release from the FHP, they are requesting such items as non-perishable food, water, gatorade, plastic containers, cleaning supplies and board games for children.

The collection points will be the Florida Highway Patrol station, located at 6030 County Road 2321, Panama City, 32404, and the Pensacola Florida Highway Patrol station, located at 150 W. Stumpfield Road, Pensacola, 32503.

The Florida Highway Patrol Troop A, covers Bay, Washington, Jackson, Holmes, Calhoun, Gulf, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties.
