NORTHWEST FLORIDA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL RECEIVESMASKS POWERED BY SILVERBAC TECHNOLOGY

Special to Gannett Florida
Washington County News

CHIPLEY - Northwest Florida Community Hospital is proud to accept a donation of Martex Health Droplet Mask, from West Point Home, and Terry Ellis. These mask are powered by Silverbac technology which equips each mask with antifungal and antimicrobial properties.

Silver has been used for centuries to eliminate bacteria because of its antimicrobial properties. Today, Silverbac incases silver into polyester fabric during the manufacturing process, to ensure continuous protection from harmful bacteria and unpleasant odors. Throughout the life of the mask the Silverbac technology is encased into the fabric so that it never wash out or lose its antimicrobial properties. This will allow these mask to be washed and reused as necessary.

The donation of approximately 200 mask will ensure the safety of our employees’ their families and our community. Thank you West Point Home for your generous donation.
