A Florida woman suffered severe brain injuries after being attacked by a bird as she walked on a dock at a Walt Disney World Resort, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

Lisa Dixon suffered a traumatic brain injury and herniated discs in her neck after the bird “dive-bombed” and hit her in the head on a dock at the Polynesian Village Resort in May 2017, said her Orlando lawyer Thomas Schmitt.

Disney is being accused of not keeping the dock safe, knowing seasonal nesting birds are a threat to guests and giving Dixon a false sense of security, according to the suit filed in Orange Circuit Court last week that’s seeking unspecified damages in excess of $15,000.
