Rutherford and Port St. Joe play on Thursday to open the second week of the season, with the slate also including district and season openers for some teams.

Arnold (0-0) opens its season with a slight schedule change. The Marlins were originally set to travel to Amite County, Miss., but the game was changed to a home contest. The start time is earlier than usual with a 6:30 p.m. kickoff.
Bay (0-1) and Mosley (1-0) is a highlight game and rekindles the Bay County rivalry at Tommy Oliver Stadium. Mosley, Liberty County (1-0), Wewahitchka (1-0) and Marianna (1-0) aim to build momentum after opening wins.
Cottondale, Franklin County, Chipley and Graceville seek first victories.
