I am writing this to express my opinion on the current problem our country is having with many killings in schools and shopping malls.
I don’t believe the problem is the guns. Guns don’t kill people, people do.
When I was growing up we didn’t have games that glorified killing people. These video games that make it fun for our youth to kill people have taught out younger generation this way of life style. Also all the drugs out there now that are available, illegal and prescription drugs, can make a person not able to think rational or even make them delusional. That why I was glad to see law enforcement put a lid on stores selling “Bath Salts.”
One way to combat this problem would be to increase our law enforcement. Another thing would be to outlaw the sales of those violent videos, that glorify the killing of people. The combination of drugs and the violent games just means disaster.
My heart goes out to those families who are affected by this recent outbreak of violence. I pray to God that a solution will come soon.
