Woman’s Club of Chipley meets Wednesday

The Woman’s Club of Chipley will have their first meeting of the club year on Wednesday, Sept. 10 with a luncheon meeting at 12:00 at the club house on 5th Street. They finished a busy club year in May and gave two scholarships out, one to a senior at Chipley High and one to a single mother to help her advance her education. They received 1st place in Leadership, 1st place in Public Relations, and 3rd place in Domestic Violence for their outstanding accomplishments in these areas from GFWC Florida Federation of Women’s Clubs.
