I.  PROLMACATION- MAYOR ROGER D. HAGAN

1. Call to Order; Welcome

  II. CONSENT AGENDA

1. Minutes of December 10, 2009 Regular Meeting
2. Payment of Town Bills
3. Reconciled Bank Statements, Trial Balance reports for the month of December, 2009
4. Town employee worksheets. (Due to Holidays and the end of year reports these will be given at the February meeting.)
5. Fire Department Minutes:  No minutes for December no meeting except for banquet.
6. Ministerial Association request to use the Possum Palace for a revival beginning May 31st through June 3rd and to waive the fee.
7. Authorize the Clerk to apply for TDC funds on behalf of the Fire Department for advertising Fun/Possum Festival.
8. Authorize the following parades Fun/Possum Parade on Saturday, August 3, 2010 at 10:00 am and the annual Christmas Parade on December 11, 2010 at 10:00 am and to authorize the Clerk to pull the proper permits to close the streets.

 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION OF EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF WAUSAU, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT EXCEEDING $664,000 WATER SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS TO FINANCE A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF; PLEDGING A LIEN ON THE NET REVENUES OF THE WATER SYSTEM TO SECURE THE PAYMENT THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS OF SUCH BONDS; PROVIDING CERTAIN OTHER MATTERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

   2. Invitation from Washington County School Board to the County Spelling B on February 5, 2010 along with a request for a donation.
