    A.    FRDAP & USDA: Angie Jay: Contract with C. W. Roberts for dirt work at George M. Rogers Park. USDA Budget.
    B.    Southeastern Survey:  Town Street
    C.    Lynda Waller:  Comprehensive Plan & EAR Plan
    D.    Lynn Gothard:  State Attorney Report on Fire Chief

III.    Any one wishing to address the council may do so at this time.  PLEASE SIGN IN AND STATE TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION.

IV    2009-2010 BUDGET

    A.    Discussion on proposed budget as prepared by Clerk.  Need motion to advertise for adoption at the September 10th meeting.
    B.    Truck Quote: State Bid Quote on Ford Truck: This will need to be acted on tonight due to the fact that on state bid it is going to take 6-8 weeks to get the truck.
    C.    Capital City Bank rates on financing the truck. This will also need to be voted on tonight in order for the loan to be in place when truck is ordered.
    
V.    OTHER BUSINESS

    A.    Florida Rural Water Policy and Management Workshop.
    B.    Information on interim financing with Florida Rural Water.
    C.    Resolution 09-006 Resolution to submit FRDAP Application.
