Freeport Drug Arrest

A Walton County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 34-year-old Kazeric Darnell Freeman of Freeport yesterday, after finding zip lock bags containing marijuana in the console area of his vehicle. 

Deputy Steve Key conducted a routine traffic stop on the vehicle driven by Freeman. The deputy detected a strong odor of marijuana while speaking with Freeman and performed a probable cause search of the vehicle. While conducting a search of the vehicl Key located zip lock bags of marijuana in the console area.

Freeman was placed under arrest and transported to the Walton County Jail. Freeman is facing charges of Felony Possession of Marijuana.
