Wausau Town Council: meeting agenda for June 11

Wausau Town Council will meet June 11, at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall Chambers,
1607 Second Avenue in Wausau.

The agenda for the regular Town Council meeting follows:

•Bid Opening and Award:
FRDAP -Angie Jay, Preble Rish, Inc.
CDBG:  Administration Services

•Agendaed Audience;
Hilton Galloway CPA 2007-2008 Audit Report

•Consent Agenda:
Approve minutes of May 7, 2009 meeting.
May, 2009 month ending bank reconciliations and trial balances.
Payment of Town bills and grant related expenses.
Authorize clerk to change regions water and garbage account to regular checking account due to service charges.
Authorize mayor to sign a letter approving distribution of $297,940 to Washington County Board of County Commissioners For Use By The Washington County Sheriff Department.
USDA letter; meeting will be set sometime next week.
