VES groundbreaking celebrated

Washington County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Sandra Cook announced today a ribbon cutting for the recently completed 30-classroom addition to Vernon Elementary School, to be held at Noon on Tuesday, June 2.

The public is invited to attend and refreshments will be served. The project, located at 3665 Roche Avenue in Vernon on State 277, was designed by Stoe Architects and built by general contractor GAC Contractors.
