VMS SWAT Team in action

VERNON - Vernon Middle School’s SWAT Team (Students Working against Tobacco) was in action last Fri.

The SWAT Team set up a table at the in-school softball game.

The students were promoting “Kick Butts Day”, which will be March 24.  

SWAT members signed up their fellow students to pledge to be tobacco free and to stand up against Big Tobacco.
