Bonifay Middle School

6 folders with pockets and brads (green, red, yellow, blue, purple, orange). Teachers will contact parents as materials are needed for Science.

Seventh grade: 1 – 4 Pack Expo markers, Kleenex, Germ-X, 1 dozen pencils, 1 pack loose leaf paper, 1 pack red pens, 1 pack blue or black pens, 4 – 3 prong 2 pocket folders (plastic if possible), Loose leaf paper for each class, Pencils wood or mechanical, pens, Non-scientific calculator , 1 – 1 inch 3 ring binder with 8 dividers, Colored pencils, 1 Pack of 5X7 lined index cards, Single subject spiral notebook, Hand held pencil sharpener. A Flash drive/ jump drive (2GB) is needed for Language Arts. The students name will be placed on it and kept in the Language Arts teacher’s classroom for the year. This will be given back to the student at the end of the school year for them to keep.
Eighth grade: For all Classes: White standard ruled loose-leaf notebook paper (not college ruled), Do not buy composition books where paper is torn out, No. 2 pencils (mechanical may be used but 1 box of #2 wooden pencils is required), Colored pencils, Red ink pens, Highlighters (2 different colors), Non-scientific calculator. This is required for math and science. They are not provided in the classroom. Please write your name on your calculator with a permanent marker, 1 package graph paper, 5 each three-prong pocket folders: Buy a different color for each subject. Do not buy composition books, 3 ring binders, etc., 1 box tissues and 1 bottle hand sanitizer for each Homeroom teacher, 2 Packages of 5X8 index cards, Flash/Jump drive at least 2 GB, 1 Package construction paper (mix colors), 1 Package loose leaf graph paper, 1 Package fine point Expo Markers, Color markers (not sharpies)
Roulhac Middle School
Grade Five: 1 regular combination lock (all other types will be sent home) pencils; Language Arts: 1 plastic two-pocket folder with prongs w/loose-leaf paper (not college rule); Writing: 1 Subject spiral note book, 1 plastic two pocket folder with prongs; Math: 1 two-pocket folder (without prongs); Reading: 1 sewn notebook, 1 one-inch 3-ring binder with plastic inserts on the outside and loose-leaf notebook (not college rule).; Science: 1 one-inch 3-ring binder, 1 eight-pack of skinny watercolor markers, loose-leaf paper (not college rule); Social Studies: 1 one-inch 3-ring binder with loose-leaf paper (not college rule).

Students may use backpacks, but these will remain in the lockers.
Grade Six: 3 one-inch binders, white with plastic on outside, 7 plastic folders with fasteners and pockets, Loose-leaf white notebook paper (wide-rule), 2 wide ruled spiral notebook (1 subject), 1 pack tab dividers for notebook, 2 packs No. 2 pencils (12 count, no mechanical), 1 pack checking pens (red or green/ no gel pens or Sharpies), 1 pack erasers, 1 pencil pouches with holes for notebooks, 1 combination lock (no laser or key), 1 pack colored pencils
•Items not allowed; gel-type pens, colored paper, correction fluid (i.e. White Out), scissors or markers (permanent or Sharpies).

•Send the following items in a re-sealable plastic bag; 1 each toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and comb or brush with child’s name printed on them in permanent marker.
