Sunny Hills MSBU Committee still intact

Vernon,

I talked with Gerald this morning and he said nothing can be done until the MSBU ordinance is amended or a new ordinance adopted. He said as far as he is concerned the MSBU Committee is still intact. Please pass this along to the Committee members.

Herbert was referring to County Attorney Gerald Holley, who was asked to review the decision last Thursday by the Board of County Commissioners to abolish the MSBU Advisory Board.
