Drug Task Force arrests 4 in narcotics investigation

CHIPLEY — Three Caryville residents, two men and a woman, and a Ponce de Leon woman were arrested on May 15 by the Washington County Drug Task Force in connection with a narcotics investigation, according to a news release from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. A three-year-old child was removed from the house.

Arrested were:

Thomas Ray Stricklen, 20, of Caryville, on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and child neglect;

Tracy Nichole Bruner, 20, of Caryville,  on charges of child neglect, violation of probation, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance without prescription;

Christopher John Price, 26, of Caryville, on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of firearm in the commission of a felony, child neglect, possession drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance without prescription; and

Zabbrina Gail Cook, 30, of Ponce de Leon, on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of firearm in the commission of a felony, child neglect, possession drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without prescription.

The Task Force consists of the Chipley Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the State of Florida Probation and Parole.
