Meanwhile, back in Iowa, Danielle Colby holds down the fort at Antique Archaeology. She spends her time getting leads, talking to sellers and doing research via trade publications and websites.

“We’re caretakers of treasures and the stories behind them,” according to Wolfe. “Traveling along with the duo, viewers will meet an assortment of American originals and watch as a patchwork of history unfolds — one treasure at a time,” according to the news release.

“We're also looking for movie and music memorabilia, sports memorabilia, items from Florida history, and basically any other oddball, one-of-a-kind, or interesting historical item you can think of,” Wilkinson said.

“I should clarify that we're only looking for people with large collections, not folks with just a few items, and we don't go to shops, antiques malls, auctions, or flea markets,” Wilkinson said. “We're also not currently looking for any fine furniture, agricultural or farming items/equipment, depression glass, appliances, or pottery.”

For more information, contact Wilkinson at 646-873-6519.
