Meth Lab Found in Duffel Bag

The Bay Area Drug and Gang Enforcement Squad (BADGES) recently received information which led to the arrest of two individuals and the discovery of a meth lab in a duffel bag. One of those arrested was charged in connection to a meth lab explosion on September 11, 2009.

Investigators had received information linking Stacy Meadows and Steven Perkins to the possible manufacture of methamphetamine. On October 19, 2009, these two suspects were found walking along Minnesota Avenue in Lynn Haven. A search of the duffel bag they carried revealed it contained a portable meth lab.

Perkins, DOB 10-13-83, of 201 E. 25th Street, Lynn Haven,  was charged with Principle to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Possession of a Listed Chemical. Meadows, DOB 3-14-80, of 201 E. 25th Street, Lynn Haven, was charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of as Listed Chemical, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Also at this time Stacy Meadows was charged with Principal to Arson and Principle to Manufacture of Methamphetamine for the September 11, 2009 meth lab explosion at 614 Gabriel Street in Panama City.
