BCF Announces Holiday Homecoming and “A Graceville Christmas Festival”

The Baptist College of Florida (BCF)

GRACEVILLE - Pull out the warm sweaters and circle the date on your calendar for The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville’s Holiday Homecoming in Heritage Village and the traditional Christmas musical held in the R.G. Lee Chapel.

This year’s Holiday Homecoming, located in the picturesque Heritage Village on Sanders Ave, will be held Friday, December 4, beginning at 5 pm and continue until 7:30 pm.

Homecoming festivities will include cane grinding, quilt making, caroling, handmade crafts, basket weaving, and authentic artisan demonstrations throughout the evening.

Warm bowls of homemade chili and hot ham biscuits will be available along with hot chocolate and apple cider.

All donations received from the event are placed into the general scholarship fund for BCF student wives.

After a time of food, fun, and fellowship, guests are invited to attend the first performance of “A Graceville Christmas Festival” in the R. G. Lee Chapel beginning at 8 pm.

Led by the BCF Music and Worship Division Chair Don Odom, musical compositions consist of carol favorites including “Jingle Bells” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and  Christmas tunes like “Lord of All” and “The Singer,” all showcasing the entire BCF Music and Worship Division.

There will be theatrical scenes and costumed performers to capture the heart and spirit of the Christmas season.

Tickets can be purchased for $5 in the BCF Business Office at 800.328.2660 ext. 418.

Seating for the Christmas musical “A Graceville Christmas Festival” will be limited, so please get your tickets early.

There will be a total of three performances:  Friday, December 4, at 8 pm, Saturday, December 5, at 3 pm and 7 pm.
