Election rights forum Tuesday

The Chipley Voter Education Forum for Change will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 14 a 7 p.m. at the Communications Workers of America Union Hall on 208 West Railroad Ave. in Chipley. The forum will be sponsored by the Capaign for Change, a project of the Florida State Democratic Party.
