JC Republican candidates to speak

MARIANNA — Candidates for the Jackson County Commission Jim Cowart and Clint Pate will be speakers at the Republican Club of West Florida meeting on Feb. 9.  Cowart and Pate are Republican candidates.  Cowart is running for District 4 and Pate for District 2.  There will be question and answer session after their talks. It will be a freewheeling format with no restriction on subject matter except that it is to be strictly on local topics.

The meeting will be held at noon, Tuesday, Feb. 9 at Jim’s Buffet & Grill.  It is not necessary to be a member of the club or a Republican to attend and participate.  All are welcome.  For more information call 850-352-4984.
