Six airmen chaged with breach of peace after bar room brawl
DESTIN -- Six airmen were charged with breach of peace Aug. 28 for engaging in a physical altercation at the Electric Cowboy, a bar in Destin.
Three of the individuals identified themselves as combat controllers at Hurlburt Field, while another said he was a combat controller but gave an address in Indiana. The other two were from Camp Murray in Washington, according to their arrest reports.
All were observed to be in a brawl at the bar on Harbor Boulevard, the reports said.
The men were arrested at 2:30 a.m. All are due to appear in court on Sept. 14.
Because the offense is a misdemeanor, the Northwest Florida Daily News does not release their names.
