HOLMES COUNTY – A Holmes County man has been charged with grand theft of a firearm.
A Holmes County Sheriff’s investigator met with a victim who stated a firearm had been stolen from her residence.
An investigation determined Timmithy Williams had stolen the firearm from the vitim’s resedence. Williams had talked a third party that did not know the gun was stolen, into pawning it at Chipley Gun and Pawn.
Williams, who was already in custody at Holmes County Jail on a prior charge, was also charged with grand theft of a firearm.
