BONIFAY – A traffic stop led to the arrest of an Alabama man.
Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputies were patrolling Highway 179 on October 10, near Boat Ramp Road, where a vehicle was stopped for a traffic infraction.
The driver was identified as Gregory Anglin of Midway, Alabama.
Anglin’s driver license was checked and proved to be invalid. HCSO conducted a search of the vehicle and found a cigarette pack containing methamphetamine and Lortab pills.
Anglin was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and not having a valid drivers license.
