SEMINAR: Effective Decision Making for Organizational Leadership

DEFUNIAK SPRINGS - A seminar titled “Effective Decision Making for Organizational Leadership” will be sponsored by Forward DeFuniak, Inc. from 9 a.m. until noon, Saturday, September 30, at the Civic Center in DeFuniak Springs. Consequently, while some may have learned it - and may have learned a few inappropriate habits by observing others. If you are an elected or appointed officer on your church board, a civic or social organization, or if you are simply a member of such groups, this seminar will assist you to participate effectively in the decision-making process.  If you feel intimidated when you must address a governing body, this seminar can assist to secure their attention by utilizing the correct forms of address and by stating concerns or motions succinctly. Become an engaged citizen after understanding the formalities of decision-making that are designed to ensure fairness. And with 50 million businesses on Facebook alone, it’s hard to stand out. In this workshop, you’ll learn to better identify the platforms your customers are using, the best practices for posting and how to help build customer loyalty.
