ESTO – A Hartford man was arrested for cocaine possession after a traffic stop on September 13.

A red Toyota truck was stopped on Highway 79 by Holmes County Sheriff’s Office and the driver was identified as Jeron Seth Martinez of Hartford, Alabama.

Martinez gave the deputy consent to search the vehicle where a pipe with a small amount of marijuana inside. The search also found a rolled up twenty dollar bill with a white powdery substance and a small plastic bag with a white powdery substance inside.

The substance field tested positive for cocaine.

Martinez was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
