BONIFAY – The Holmes County Public Library began wrapping up its "Build a Better World" summer programs Thursday, July 6, with an event that included various activity stations, a train ride, lunch, and popular annual “Touch A Truck”.

Held at the Holmes County Agricultural Center, Touch A Truck afforded local children the opportunity for "hands on" experience with different vehicles and pieces of equipment and to learn what how each vehicle works. On hand were an ambulance, a sheriff’s department truck, a fire truck, a dump truck, and a motor grader.

The library will host an animal show at the end of the month to fully close out the summer program.
