CHIPLEY — The Washington County Arts Council held its annual meeting on Sept. 17 at the Chipley Public Library.
Suzan Gage was elected as the new chairperson. She is looking forward to the opportunity to serve on the Arts Board and work with the residents of Washington County to explore and experience the arts.
Suzan has been married 17 years to Bill Gage, and they have three children. She is employed at the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida as the Child Service Director.
Gage has a bachelor’s degree from Auburn and a master’s degree from Troy. She serves as the secretary and treasurer of the Chipola Healthy Start Coalition Board of Directors.
Gage lives in Chipley and attends the First United Methodist Church, where she teaches Sunday school for the 4th and 5th grades.
