VERNON— There will be a Muskogee History Seminar from 10 a.m.  to 3 p.m., on Feb. 23 at Gilley’s Place. Topics covered  in the Seminar will be: How the Muskogee Survived in This Area After Removal; Aspects of Daily Living; Genealogy; and Treaties of the Muskogee.
