CHIPLEY — Cub Scouts were honored Tuesday, Feb. 26, with a Blue & Gold Banquet, held at the First Baptist Church of Chipley. The Cub Scouts received a number of awards, including their Emergency Preparedness Badges, which were presented to the Tiger Cubs by Cub Master Coy Pennington.
