Autism Awareness Walk held

CHIPLEY — In spite of rain and chilly temperatures, more than 100 people turned out Friday for the Autism Awareness and Benefit Walk at Shivers Park in Chipley. The event featured food, games, raffles and numerous beauty queens from the area were on hand. Miss Teen Choctawhatchee 2013 Scarlett Rogers, left, read a poem she had written while event organizer Kristina Hodges looks on during the autism awareness walk opening ceremony.
