Important Election Information
Registration
To register to vote, you must fill out a Florida Voter Registration Application Form. In order to register to vote, a person must:
Be a US Citizen
Be a Florida Resident
Be 18 years old (you may pre-register if you are 17)
Not currently adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in Florida, or any other state, without your civil rights having been restored.
Not convicted of a felony in Florida, or any other state, without your civil rights having been restored.
Submit your valid Florida driver's license number or Florida identification card number. If you do not have either of these, you must provide the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Voter Information
We need your help. In order to keep our voter rolls current, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your registration. To change your address, you can simply call for Holmes County at (850) 547-1107, e-mail dwilcoxmorris@earthlink.net, or use a voter registration application. For Washington County, call (850) 638-6230 or email cgriffin@wcsoe.org
To change your party, name, or to update your signature on file in the elections office, you must use a voter registration application.
Registration applications are available from the Supervisor of Elections office located in the basement of the Holmes County Courthouse or you can call (850) 547-1107 and we will be happy to mail you an application. You will need to complete and sign your application and either deliver it in person to the elections office or mail it to Supervisor of Elections, 201 N. Oklahoma St., Ste. 102, Bonifay, FL 32425.
For Washington County deliver or mail your ballot to Washington County Supervisor of Elections, 1331 South Blvd. Suite 900, Chipley, FL 32428. Call (850) 638-6230 to have a ballot mailed to you.
