Be careful what you say

To the editor,
To all politicians on door to door campaigns who have lunch at the Rainbow Store in Greenhead:

When you are enjoying your breakfast or lunch at the Rainbow Deli and planning your campaign route, please be aware that you and your campaign "advisors" are not in a sound proof booth.
Please keep in mind when you roll out your population map on the table, everyone can see you.  When things are said such as : "I wouldn't waste my time on the Greenhead Road.  There's not a lot of people that live down there" and   "That's not enough votes to matter", be aware that residents of the Greenhead Road and surrounding areas are in and out of the Rainbow Store all day long.
I want to thank you for not wasting your time and mine and choosing not to knock on my door because my vote is not enough to matter.  I don't live on Rolling Pines Road, but I am a resident, a registered voter, and a tax-paying citizen of Washington County.  I have ears and eyes to see and hear with, a mouth to speak with and fingers to type with and ........A VOTE THAT DOES COUNT!
