*Permission is requested to upgrade Salvador Torres from a paraprofessional to a resource specialist.  Mr. Torres has met the qualifications for the position which is needed to support the objectives of the Migrant Education Program.

**Ms. Le is currently approved as an OPS Recruiter.  Approval is requested for Ms. Le to serve as a paraprofessional for the duration of the Migrant Education Summer Program.  Upon completion of the summer programs, Ms. Le will return to performing recruitment services only at the rate of $9.79 per hour.
