Union Hill Baptist Free Yard Sale



BETHLEHEM — Union Hill Baptist Church will have a Free Yard Sale giveaway 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today,  Oct. 19. The church is located in the Bethlehem Community, Hwy 177, one mile South of Hwy 2 near Millers Crossroads. All items free, clothes, toys, household, books, some furniture. Rain or shine.



 



Otter Creek Methodist Sing



PONCE DE LEON — The Convention Singers Quartet will be singing at Otter Creek Methodist Church, at 7 p.m. today, Oct. 19. The church is located four miles north of Ponce de Leon off Highway 81. Everyone is invited.



 



Hickory Hill Fall Festival



WESTVILLE — Hickory Hill Baptist Church will be holding their annual Fall Festival at 4 p.m. today, Oct. 19. All activities will be on the church grounds, locates on Highway 181. Pleasant Ridge Pastor Appreciation Day



Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church will be holding Pastor Appreciation Day at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20, in honor of the 13 years that Pastor Dale Paul has served.

National Clergy Appreciation Month



CHIPLEY — The Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church will be recognizing their pastor, the Rev. Price Wilson, for his 36 years of dedicated service at 11 a.m., on Sunday, Oct. 20.



The Rev. Malcolm Nelson and the St. Stephens Baptist Church of Freeport will be leading the celebration.



Live Oak AOG Homecoming



BONIFAY — Live Oak Assembly of od will be holding their Homecoming services on Sunday, Oct. 20. The Rev. Mark Jakelsky will be the featured minister. Calvary Baptist Revival



BONIFAY — A revival will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Bonifay beginning on Sunday, Oct. 20, and continuing through Wednesday, Oct. 23. 



Preaching will be the Rev. Burney Enzor. Revival times are Sunday morning at 11 a.m., Sunday evening at 6 p.m., and at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.



The church is located on Son In Law Road in Bonifay.



 



Bethel Baptist Church Fall Festival



 POPLAR SPRINGS — Bethel Baptist Church will hold a Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 26.



Admission is free and there will be fun and food.  Games will open at 4 p.m. and around 5:30 p.m. there will be chili and soup served in the Family Ministry Center.

Annual Arts and Crafts Festival



COTTONDALE — Women on Missions will be holding their 14th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 26 at the First Baptist Church in Cottondale.



Breakfast and Lunch will be available. There will be baked goods, needlework, seasonal decorations, books, plants, jellies, jams, cookbooks, and much, much more.



All profits for to support the missions projects and the church building fund.

Bethlehem Methodist slates Homecoming



BETHLEHEM — Dr. Jerry Windsor will deliver the Homecoming message at Bethlehem Methodist Church at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27.



Dr. Windsor served as pastor of four different Southern Baptist churches in four states and taught at the Baptist College of Florida for 16 years before his retirement in 2006. He has written eight books, scores of articles, and has served as secretary-treasurer of the Florida Baptist Historical Society since 2002.

Homecoming at Graceville First Assembly



GRACEVILLE — Members, families and friends will be celebrating Homecoming at First Assembly of God, located Hwy 77 North of Graceville on Oct. 27.



Singing will begin at 10 a.m., with guest, Mari Harper of Southport.  Former Pastor John Broome will be the guest speaker beginning at 11 a.m. Mari and her family are very committed members of the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven. She has recently released an album “We Have A Hope”. The Rev. John Broome and his family pastored Graceville First Assembly during the years of 1987 thru 1995. Lunch will be served after the guest speaker.



 



‘Experience the Judgment’



DEFUNIAK SPRINGS — “Experience the Judgment,” a 30-minute evangelistic walk-thru drama, will be presented at the Walton County Fairgrounds from 6 to 9 p.m. nightly, Oct. 28 through Nov. 2.



The first group enters at 6 p.m., with a new group following every 20 minutes. This year we will be recognizing and honoring our past and present military service members. Experience The Judgment shows how decisions we make in life will impact our eternal future.



With a cast and crew of over 75 people you will not want to miss the exciting thought provoking performance. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Beulah Anna Homecoming



LEONIA — Beulah Anna Baptist Church will be holding Homecoming Services at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 3. Special music will be by Ed and Lea Scott and the group Mercy Revealed. Former pastor Brother Mahlon LeCroix, will deliver the sermon. Lunch will follow the service.



 



Veterans Day Tribute Celebration



 POPLAR SPRINGS — Bethel Baptist Church, 1349 Highway 173, Poplar Springs Community, Graceville will be hosting a Veterans Day Tribute Celebration on Sunday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. until noon. Military soldiers and Veterans are cordially invited to join us in this special Tribute Celebration to our Military.



Our program will consist of a musical tribute, the honoring of each branch of the service and a message from our guest speaker, a World War II, Army Retired Chief Warrant Officer.  A celebration meal will follow the service in the Family Ministry Center.
